New Years

Post by MikeTheBarber »

Its getting that time of year again to pretend to be really excited at 12.......So what is everyone doing? I'm sure nobody knows just yet but I thought I'd try get the ideas flowing.........Anyone know of anything that looks half decent?

Last year was quite fun so I think I might make it another one in london......Got the added bonus of all 3 of my housemates being away or in thier hometowns so after party at mine!!!

I'll try post some events once I've done a little research myself

Party at yours is always good news.

I would like to have another Wang NYE party, but it seems like no news is bad news unless they suddenly spring something splendid on us.

I will also keep my eyes open for good things, but unless there is something really enticing in N'arch looks as if I'll definitely be heading down your way.

we're thinking about doing an allnighter in salle village hall (near reepham).

they swore they'd never let us back, but we've grown beards since and they're old and have bad memory. We can also get hold of much bigger soundsystem now. ha ha ha ha aha aha aha aa

will keep you posted, we're probably looking at a huge 50p each contribution. shame you can't buy&sell magico mushramoes now, that made it pretty random last time we did a night there........

there doesn't seem to be much doing this NYE except juan atkins and luke slater are playing at LOST

we're thinking about having a house party in brighton but don't really want to. does anyone have any inspired ideas?

there is no wang this year --- it's been a bit of a bad year all round so they're giving it a rest in case the curse strikes again. good news is that it looks like a new venue in london has been found for next year
