PRESS RELEASE

Boxing Day in Manchester has historically always been very big, and this year sees Tim Sheridan’s established club night and label, veryverywrongindeed, celebrating the festive season with its very own shindig at Joshua Brooks.

"From its anarchic beginnings in Ibiza in 2005, VVWI led the wave that swept UK clubland in 2006. Out went self important DJs and heard it all before music. In came daftness, bizarre fancy dress and a taste for 'tache wearing and wonky music lead by chief king of weirdness Tim Sheridan" - Gavin Herlihy, Mixmag.

It's a rather special line up programmed. There's the man himself, Tim Sheridan, killer Back to Basics and We Love resident Buckley, and a special performance by northern techno duo Spektre - just ahead of the release of their debut compilation, "Spektre - Live at Glade". And then there's the next generation of young Ibiza- and European-influenced Manchester talent, Paolo, Zander, Halo and Calor - alongside the more experienced hands...

As Ibiza Voice said: "No other label describes themselves with such apt precision as Tim Sheridan's Veryverywrongindeed .. Unique"

DAN GHENACIA: "PLEASE.. the tracks on your Myspace are SO good. May I have them?"
IDJ: "Really freaky shit. Definitely a label to look out for"

IBIZA VOICE:
"No other label describe themselves with such apt precision than Tim Sheridan's Veryverywrongindeed .. Unique"
Metro: "VVWI's ethics and twisted take on techno has inspired a younger generation to reinvigorate acid house's renegade spirit."

Mixmag: No 1 in The UK's Favourite Afterparties. "Tim Sheridan is the High Priest of Wrong. A DJ with a taste for the unsettling and the dark."
Time Out: "Simply awesome (and diverse) line ups.

Everyone is welcome and are all encouraged. If it’s weird and it’s wonderful, then it’s veryveryverywrongindeed - it does what it says on the tin !!
