This video shows the 5 different disciplines of sports acrobatics. This videos were recorded 2006 at the world championships of sports acrobatics in Coimbra/Portugal.

Some of this I just can't get over how they do. The balance and strength required must be extreme and they don't really have any margin for error. It's quite long but wait until the end for the most eye-poppingly crazy things.
