FutureRadio wrote:Listen out from October 9th - November 4th as Future Radio returns to the Norwich airwaves for a surprise autumn broadcast. We'll be back on the usual frequency of 105.1FM giving you a showcase of some of the programmes you'll be able to enjoy every day from next year.
Throughout October dedicated shows will cover events such as Norfolk Black History Month and the Fringe Festival, as well as showcasing local music, arts & culture in Norwich, community events, local news and more.
Exciting new shows for this broadcast include a new production from Young Urbanites focussing on Black History Month and the 'Lithuania to Norwich' show with Rosita and Raimus focussing on Lithuanian music and culture. Our very own DJ Vodka steps back in time with Dance Retro, and new club night Rotation will provide a specialist music show on Thursday evenings with Uncollected. Uprising FM, the young peoples radio service, will also be on the airwaves with a preview of their early work before launching regular shows with Future Radio next year.
We're happy to be back and doing a show on every other Thursday night from 10 - 12. We'll be alternating with the Rotation guys who have had two successful monthly nights at the Loft so far.
Check out http://www.futurefmradio.co.uk for more information and be ready to tune in to your radio come October 9th. Don't get tempted by that Radio Norwich crap, Future is the real deal.

Doh - missed this post (just did one in the events section!)
Anyway - be sure to check out Thursday nights for the Uncollected/Rotation show - there's going to be ticket giveaways to events at the Warehouse Project in Manchester http://www.thewarehouseproject.com/, tickets for Rotation events as well as CD giveaways for the new A Guy Called Gerald album and the new M.A.N.D.Y. mix 'At the Controls' on Resist.
Nice one - get Paul to get you on an earlier set this time round maybe? I'm usually in bed towards the end of the show so missed your set last time round I think - although I did hear a few cheeky booty tunes on one show so maybe just didn't realise at the time!
Tune in this Thursday for a chance to win some tickets for this:
