If you have got a PINK letter, this means you bought you tickets from BLOC direct (mainly cancellation chalets). In this case you don't get a Centre admission detail (it is a pontins document). Just bring your PINK letter and go to the PINK booth.

if you bought the tickets from Pontins, call joyce 01493 733609 to get your centre admission detail resent

if you bought them from us, give us a bell and we'll resend your letter

we will need to take information from you to confirm your booking..
