I think I am too tempted to miss this.
Check this about the venue, the converted cinema:

Modeselektor mashing Kill Bill Vol. 4 is the first one, brings back sweet memories of Glade.
I am quite surprised it's only 16 smacks with the number of people appearing, good value I think.

And here are a bunch of videos from the first Soviet party -A beautiful 1920's cinema converted into a venue, with three stages and soundsystems - they have kept one of the screens and a whole seated balcony - you can take your beers and sit down and watch films in there, we'll be showing all sorts of stuff all night, with a little help from The Media Lounge.

Tickets are available. I am going to get mine in advance just to be safe. Head to www.sovietlondon.com > click the image, then there is a link to ticketweb on the 'tickets' section. You'll be back in London then right Mike?
Just a heads up to say there is a free download featuring tracks from a bunch of the artists playing at Soviet on bleep.com
You can get it here --> http://www.bleep.com/?label=Soviet

Seed closing
It may have been a phat night but was a 'financial disaster' (their words) apparently.
Seed Records is to stop trading as a business this week.
