James!

You know it makes sense!!!

How you planning on getting there?

For £30 + "Expenses" we may as well get the bus don't you think??

Let's get on it!

I was considering driving there, but the coach is a tempting option.

It leaves outside John Lewis at 4pm, and arrives back in Norwich about 1:30am.

Well if you want to drive then: Bagsy Shotgun a lift please (I'll give u some petrol money) If you are getting the bus then lets book it up!

Have you noticed they have added Scotch Egg and Chevron to the list as well... My goodness this is shaping up to be unmissable!

Surely some more people are up for going to this???

Image News Flash Image

I've got hold of some information that says if you quote "Flyer Offer" when you buy your tickets (either on the box office or on the door), the price of the tickets drops to £12.50.

Great price!

Here is a link to a satellite image of the secret location...

Awww Ali, you did miss out on something pretty unique I am sorry to say. It's definitely one of the best venues I have ever seen artists like that at, and all the aesthetics of the place were really well sorted out.

It was the detail of the set up that made it really neat, not aside from the fact you're on a huge military base with nothing but a perfect sunset, trees and bracken.

I'm crossing my fingers for another one next year!

Yeah effing awesome venue! It was the touches that made it... Also camping afterwards in a right state made it extra fun! Bring on a re-run next year!

Yeah... we foolishly went to the Playhouse and Waterfront that night...

2:45am: drunkenly walking down Magdalen St after being subjected to THE SAME BLOODY RECORDS IN THE SAME BLOODY ORDER FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS (Waterfront), we all realized we made a BIG mistake!

Next year.

By the way... I know I'm slagging it off here BUT the Waterfront Bar Manager is a good mate of mine:

He told me that the UEA probably won't renew their licence this year! Says they can't afford it!

Another independant venue bites the dust?

I don't think I can remember a year when a rumour about the waterfront shutting down hasn't gone round. But it's always remained so far...

However I am in full agreement that some of the DJs there really need to get some new records, or step down and let someone with an imagination take over.

That's what I said... apparently, this time, it's true!!! He went into some detail about how the UEA are counting their losses and are deciding to just have the one venue!

Maybe it's also due to their notoriously shit dj-team (well, downstairs anyway)
