MARCH 22ND // SCRATCH PERVERTS & FREESTYLERS // HEADFIRS

Post by harrywiles »

those of you who saw what we did to the Mustard lounge, imagine it on a huge scale. PA Visuals, decor, bass, bass, more bass....

THE FREESTYLERS & THE SCRATCH PERVERTS // 22nd march // headfirst launch night

WED 22ND MARCH

THE SCRATCH PERVERTS
The Scratch Perverts are truely unique. Their sets have astounded audiences at not only the biggest clubs in the world but festivals like Homelands and Creamfields aswell. Their sets are a frantic display of fingerwork. Cutting up hiphop, drum&bass and everything that lies between,at times constructing entire songs from scratching alone. If there were a dj bible, these guys would have written it, Having each won just about every DMC and DJ Championship award there is, The Scratch Perverts are perhaps the greatest collective of turntablists to have ever lived...

THE FREESTYLERS
Arguably the biggest name in breakbeat, The Freestylers have djed at some of the most respected venues on the planet including Glastonbury and the legendary Fabric. Responsible for funky classics like B-Boy Stance and Push Up, as well as the bass-heavey rinse-outs that are Punks & The Slammer, The Freestylers never fail to combine originality with shit-hot dance music. Look out for their new remix album which features the likes of Plump DJs, Aquasky vs. Masterblaster, Krafty Kuts, and Roni Size...
