What do you mean how long before it reaches this side of the pond? It has happened many a time all over the uk over the last few years, maybe not on the same scale with guns and stuff but when ever riot police are called to a party there is always scuffles and people get beat down and people get arrested.

I Thought this was gonna be about the one over the bank holiday weekend down near woodbridge in suffolk, you could have kept this in the czechtek thread but it doesnt really matter.

I went there over the weekend and left on the monday afternoon only to see it on anglia news when i popped round james' back in the city. Just saw it again on tonights news with some new pictures of the scuffles etc.. saw quite a few people i knew/recognised getting stuck in.....Bit gutted as I always seem to miss out on police action at parties and would love to get a bit militant and start fighting the cunts back, although i just saw an interview with a suffolk police chief and he did seem to say some alright stuff about them trying to negotiate for days but had to take action as they would stop......Which is the BK crew and co being stubborn cunts again.

You said about them wasting tax payers money.....Well the police chopper was over the party twice while i was there, one time for about 30 mins and another for about 10 and i think it was there other times before i got there, would be interesting if anyone could find out the ammount of money it costs as i remeber reading in the paper once that it costs quite a few grand just to launch the chopper and to fly it for a few mins so fuck knows how much thier whole opperation cost

On a note about the utah thing, I read an eye witness account about this guy seeing his mate filming all this going on and the authorities saw that he was filming them beating girls and kicking people on the floor etc... and got a lot of people jump on him to get the camera off him but when they took him down his mate managed to get the camera off the floor and leg it before they caught him

Oh and another thing about the money issue, when police confiscate rigs they go and waste even more money by burning them when they could make some lost money back by selling it, people may argue that it would put it back into the 'system' (for want of a better word) but its not like there is a short supply of speakers and people will be able to get hold of them whatever
