Visceral Theatre brings you A Midsummer Night’s Dream

‘Only in the Woods’- a specially abridged version of a midsummer night’s dream- will be at The Garage, Norwich’s newest arts venue, on the 9th, 10th and 11th June. On these evenings, from 8pm, The Garage theatre will be filled with stamping, spitting faeries, “misleading night wanderers, laughing at their harm”.

‘Only in the Woods’ is a physical theatre version of Shakespeare’s comic tale of mortals being led astray in the dark forests. If you thought that faeries were meant to be delicate, sweet and covered in glitter, Visceral Theatre will be using percussion, film projection, lots of twigs, Sepultura and a bit of Metallica to show you otherwise.
