I really don't get the point of this, she was 12 years old and they have banned her from driving for two years.
It seems she can't drive until she's 14, erm, way to go law! :roll:

I find it hard to imagine that a girl aged 12 would actually be able to drive a car at all, but 8 miles being twice over the limit!! Crazy!
