Best Snapshot Cam for recording video in big sound??

Hey,

Anybody know a good snapshot cam that doesnt struggle with recording Audio in a club?? all the ones I have ever owned don't pick up the sound well. and end up being just dhhhhsshshdhsshh.

not an expert at all but i'd go for a camera with a dedicated mic input, and a separate stereo microphone. I don't think onboard microphones are supposed to handle bass.

so far I have read some pretty decent reviews about the Panasonic Lumix ZS7..

@Cybermonkey.. I don't need like super pro recording.. just don't want to get back home and hear GSHSHSHSSHSHSh haha.

My old(ish) Canon Ixus 85 handles high sound levels really well. I was quite surprised first time I got back from a club and could actually hear music instead of distortion.
