If you're taking the train to Taunton, Butlins are running Shuttle buses from Taunton station every hour, on the hour between 6pm and 8pm on Thursday and 2pm and 8pm on Friday. The journey is £10 return and can be booked by calling 0845 070 4760. There are also local buses which run until 11pm on both nights.

A1 Ace taxis are also offering a special BLOC rate on cars between Taunton and Minehead, to quote and book call 01823 33 22 11 and mention BLOC.

First Somerset & Avon runs a bus between Taunton and Minehead.

I couldn't find prices online.
The First(Train and Bus) employees I talked to in Bristol didn't know that much about the Taunton/Minehead bus, but they were able to sell me a (one-way) combined Bristol-Taunton-Minehead ticket for £4.30 more than the price of a Bristol-Taunton alone.
