i quite liked the dancers woozy styles but thought they could have had some set pieces choreographed. A lot of people I've talked to didn;t seem to get the irony. If it's coming across as 'sexy' dancing girls then maybe they should be axed..?
I filmed the Aphex speaker woman, haven't got the edit done yet, but will post all my footage up here when its done.
I spoke to ed chamberlain who confirmed whaT had been bugging me also... at least a couple were guys. I know what you mean though...
Lets face it, it may have been ironic but where DID you get them beauties from al/george?! They couldn't even dance which contrasted well with the official bloc gear on! Did you actually pay them?
Hell, if they can make a living out of it, whos with me!?
I thought the fact the dancers were quirky and sexually ambiguous was perfectly in keeping with Bloc - never too obvious. If they'd been bog-standard 'sexy' dancers a la every other club it would have been out of place.
They definately looked male at radioactive man and when they were having a fag outside. I wondered at Green Velvet when I was near the back but honestly I think they were all men, I ciould see balls on every single one - and it didn't even look like they were hiding it!

haha i go to art college with one of them
trendy load of rubbish if you ask me, slightly unnecessary, maybe they where trying to be ironic...? if thats the case it went down poorly. they where all women.
in the words of the divine morrissey, some girls are bigger then others.
