Right, been on to coachbroker for a quote, will let you know when its through. I put coach for 13 people as by my count that's how many are interested in coach, sure this could be flexible anyway.
Basically must work out a convenient pick up as would think price would increase considerably if we picked everyone up individually! Just depends what is suitable, I live in north Manchester and am about half an hour bus ride from Manchester center.
So maybe best option to pick up from center if we have people all over Manchester??
Let me know thoughts and opinions on this and maybe people shop around for quotes to?

also have i assumed correctly that we want a driver, dont think anyone will be up for, or in the right state of mind for driving back for 5 hours on monday afternoon.

thats brilliant :)
cheers!

im centre of manchester (just behind oxford road) and the others i'm with are pretty much centre too (by salford uni)

If everyone is dotted around then i would say meet in the centre.

Just have to find out where everyone is coming from.

Any idea on prices so far just for an estimate?

thanks again :)

yeah city centre suits me fine too, i got a quote for a 16 person coach which was like 800 quid, so 50 each. I imagine we could do better than that tho?

also got more recent quote for £1075 with all connections

these quotes i have posted are for return journey :

manchester centre-minehead departing from manchester 10am friday 13th
minehead-manchester centre 12pm monday 16th
(times probably negociable)
this is for 16 seater coach with luggage space, toilet facilities, and driver
if we lose toilet facility price may come down? but am unsure on that one.

price is pretty steep but think would be well worth it, at the minute it id £56 (with railcard discount) to taunton (closest train station) then forty minute shuttle bus to location!

think this will be hassle free journey, we could drink on coach probably n meet some new bloc friends lol
