Doubt it, at festivals this year you weren't allowed to smoke in the tents. Bit of an arse but I'm used to going outside now.

How about in the chalets? They are technically privately hired so should be ok?

everything at bloc is held indoors so smoking in the music arenas would be illegal now in the UK!

the chalets are classed as private residences (like renting a holiday cottage) so smoking in them will be fine unless pontin's change their own smoking policy.. which i think is unlikely.

i was at the atp this year and it was at butlins minehead.. there was a smoke detector in the chalet as well. horrible idea, this smoking ban

yeah we smoked in the chalet as well.. but still, a horrible idea.

you can cover a smoke detector in a chalet with a plastic bag but you can't cover security guards with pieces of plastic mate

our chalet was plastered in no smoking signs, so we simply took them down and threw them away!
