Produced by Erol Alkan and hailing from the East Midlands, these guys are
really destined for greatness over the next twelve months. Check their

Felix Da Housecat Announced as Special Guest on Radio 1 Preview Event Sept
29th
Felix Da Housecat will join Armand Van Helden, Layo Bushwacka and Krysko
for the special extended Essential Mix kicking everything off on September
29th. Early Bird tickets have sold out for this show last week but you can
still buy standard price advance tickets from ticketline and through all the
outlets.
John Digweed's Set to be Recorded Live for the Radio 1 Essential Mix Oct
12th
Radio 1 are right behind the Warehouse Project this year and we will be
announcing the full scale of their coverage from the warehouse over the
forthcoming weeks! One thing we can let you know now is that John Digweeds
set on Oct 12th will be recorded live for broadcast on the Essential Mix the
following week. Also playing with John on that night is the super hot James
Holden who is on tour with fellow Border Community label mate Fairmont, and
Canadian pioneer Mathew Jonson who is presenting the awesome three piece
Cobblestone Jazz show for the first time in Manchester.
Cassius Featuring Zdar & Boombass Confirmed for We Love Party Oct 20th
Its been a long time since we saw the mighty Cassius behind the turntables.
Philippe Zdar has been over to DJ once or twice in a solo guise, but the
Zdar and Boombass Cassius experience hasn¹t been seen for quite a while in
this neck of the woods. As one of the most successful dance acts ever to
come out of France, Cassius alongside the likes of Daft Punk really broke
French dance music on a global level for the first time back in the late
90¹s, and they are a very welcome addition to the We Love... party at the
warehouse. This party has been extended to run for eleven hours from 6pm
5am (in true Ibiza style!). Watch out for more line-up additions coming very
soon on this event.
Sinden & Herve Added to Nov 23rd Annie Mac Presents... Live On Radio 1
This months DJ Mag coverstars Sinden and Herve have been making some serious
moves down in London, and they are leading the march, alongside the likes of
Switch and Diplo on the rumbling sounds coming out of the capital at the
moment that¹s spreading around the country. They join what is already a
really impressive line-up for Nov 23rds live Annie Mac show. Also on the
bill is the mighty Erol Alkan, Brazilian funk superstars Bonde do Role,
Chromeo and Kissy Sellout....MASSIVE!
Mr Scruff Live Essential Mix & AV Show Confirmed Nov 24th.
Few DJs have managed to carve out such a unique inimitable style and take it
successfully from Manchester around the globe without compromise. Obviously
he is a figurehead of the scene in Manchester and is a major part of the
fabric of Manchester nightlife. His Keep It Unreal residency at The Music
Box has been relentlessly creating amazing monthly sessions for years. Nov
24th will see him bring his A/V show to the warehouse, and Radio 1 will be
recording his set for the Essential Mix. The line-up for this Ape Vs Chibuku
party now looks totally mega... DJ MARKY DYNAMITE MC, MR SCRUFF (A/V SHOW),
LOGISTICS, HEXSTATIC (LIVE), GILLES PETERSON, BEN WESTBEECH (LIVE), C2C THE
BEAT MONKEYS. There may still be more to come here.
Chase & Status Have Been Added to Dec 8th Valve Soundsystem Event.
Probably the hottest rising stars in the DnB scene, Chase and Status are
climbing the ladder to great things. The release of massive club hits such
as; 'Hoodrat', 'Menace', 'Iron Fist' and ŒThe Ten Tonne EP' on prominent
labels such as Renegade Hardware, and B.C Presents, with additional remix
duties for Mood 2 Swing's 'I Got Love' and MOBO award winning, Akala have
put them on the map but it was however, with the release of their anthemic
'Loves' Theme' on Bingo that things really started to happen. DJ's like Andy
C, Grooverider, Friction, Zinc, Pendulum, Fabio and Mampi Swift have shown
huge support for their releases which has only been further affirmed by the
state they have left dance floors in around the UK. Another completely
unnecessary but totally exciting addition.
