60 - 80 beats per minute hey, I did wonder why my choice of hardcore gabba spazzcore breaching a cool 215 BPM wasn't helping me catch those zee's.

I went to the doctor just like ed norton in fight club
my doctor said I should try to get more sleep
i didn't complain I was in pain
He didn't say- try testicular cancer on a wednesday, then you'll know what pain is...
now I just listen to Bright Eyes album. That was my point. Sorry. Got there in the end.

Dude: you need a rain tape or CD!
Lizz sells them at her work.
Just the sound of rain or waterfalls on a CD: very hippyish but does the job.
Improved my sleep no end (well, that and a good toke just before bed)

i've always listened to something before bed. i grow up in a pub so had the noise from downstairs to compete with. when i was small i had story tapes to listen to. i'd forget about those.
