noticed on the faq page that bloc will be running coaches from taunton to minehead.
what times are these at on the friday?
i can never make any sense of the bus timetables on firstgroup!

We're still waiting for Bloc to give us the details on the Shuttle Bus - last year they posted a thread on here giving a phone number to call and book tickets on the bus. Nothing so far this year though.

Yes shuttle buses meet each train on Friday. They will also be running at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm on Thursday.

Thanks for the prompt reply Bloc. Our train gets into Taunton at 10 to 6, so if we miss that one, we'll grab a pint

any idea of cost? or are they free?! what are the other alternatives for travelling on thursday if we don't make the last bus? another one around ten would be pretty sound for the workers travelling from london!

Butlins operate them. I thought they were £5 each way last year.

Indeed - they were £10 return last year, I think it was £6 single, but do we need to phone butlins (like last year) to book seats, or do we just turn up and pay as we get on?

We're getting a train out of London on the Thursday at 6, so presumably won't get to Taunton til 8... does that mean there'll be no bus to meet us?!

I will mention this to Butlins. I'm sure they will continue running the buses while people are still arriving.

i see some times up to around 10pm on that timetable but i can't make any sense of it! i'm useless >:(
