Regarding the longer set times, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, I like getting into someone's sound and I'm not into running back and forth from different stages all the time.
I think 2 hours is actually quite a short set anyway.
An hour, whats in that, 10 or 12 records? Its nothing.
How are you supposed to enjoy a set?
Or appreciate someone's skill or choices as a DJ?
Especially if you only see half of it? Five or six tunes??

And yeah, maybe the Jak Bloc would be better if it was in the other bar, the Shillelagh, a bit more room to move around, and some light coming in the windows.
Again, I guess its a matter of taste (and maybe age) - some people can handle hard techno at 5 in the morning (after a previous six or seven hours of it), I cant.

I really liked Minehead, the venue, the town, the water park! Much nicer than Hemsby.
Only large blot on last year for me is the Jak Bloc.
I liked the buzz of the Hemsby bar with the light coming in, and talking drunken shit with people, but space to move around.

I'll more than likely go again next year, but I'm waiting to see the lineup first.

Unless it's AGT Rave Kru, in which case you'll get over 100... ;)
