daft punk with a pre 1997 set.
Busy P was there this year and played a blinder, he is daft punks manager for years and so might pass on positive vibes to those french chappies!!

Jeroen Tel aka Maniacs Of Noise ft VJ The C-Men would also be nice. We booked them on our last Absynth party in Holland. The place was going mad. Pure bit electro funk!

more instrumental or performance based music - better for early on when you want to watch something but maybe arent quite drunk enough for straight up dancing.
a dedicated chill out stage - complete with live acts & djs, maybe combined with the hand baked arcade and a/v showcases / installations / big screen bloc tv screenings. but not a mank smelly dank dark dancefloor room. however, the skyline pavillion was just too open to feel cosy enough as a chillout space....
more acid house

Most of what everyone already said, especially Jammin Unit, Prodigy and Luke Vibert. Kettel, yes!
My prefs:
Orbital
Autechre
Oliver Lieb (LSG)
Sasha (performing his original material, Airdrawndagger etc)
Astralasia
The Orb
And of course, FSOL again
Definitely a chill out room/stage as I_Love_Acid mentioned
