£50 a wristband!?

I got told by security/wristband exchange "If you lose your wristband it's £50." When asked if a mate could buy one and they said yes. It made me a little peeved after paying £125 for a ticket....

Still if we can bring friends next year they can stay on the floor?!?

Wouldn't they use the records of our names that they took? Easy to fake I suppose..maybe they need to think that one through for next year

that's exactly wot we were sayin...not that we would've anyway cos in fairness it wasn't overly expensive in the scheme of things.

I know someone whose wristband fell off (wasn't sealed properly) and went back to the reception and they happily gave him another one for nothing.

On the friday night they accidentally only gave us 5 instead of 6 tickets for our chalet 'pack.' When I challenged the receptionist about this he happily gave me the 6th one.

I wonder how many spare tickets they had?

The wristbands did seem very loose - one of my friends lost hers but luckily it was late on the Sunday and we were already inside, and mine almost came off but we noticed and tied it back on

Loose wristbands? Surely not, the girl who gave me my wristband made sure it was good and tight. But then, she clearly had something for me, one look at me and she started unbuttoning her shirt.

I'm just saying.

I would hazard a guess that the butlins staff that were applying wristbands were making a fancy side kitty of crisp notes! Cheeky feckers!
