Bringing My Mixer To Bloc

I'm selling my mixer to someone who lives on the other side of the country and since we're both going to Bloc this year the idea is to bring it with me so we can meet up, make the exchange and save 30 quid on postage.

The FAQ says visitors bringing their own sound systems is a big no no, so I was wondering if there would be a problem with security if my car gets searched on the way in. We won't have any other audio equipment with us other than maybe an iPod and you can't make any noise with the mixer on it's own but you never no what the security is gonna be like.

Ta in advance.

Worse thing they can do is take it until Monday.

Your friend could pick it up then?!?
