Get the Bristol International Bus to Temple Meads Station
Get a train to Taunton
Get a bus to Minehead.
nationalexpress has a coach that goes from airport to Butlins but takes about 5 hours apparently.
Might be worth looking for trains that might be running from the stations i mentioned above. I dont know either areas so thats all i know.

BLOC London Coaches from London and Bristol - What's the sketch?
We are running coaches direct to BLOC from London Paddington at £35 return and Bristol Temple Meads at £15 return – both cheaper than the train. There is a return coach ticket from London Paddington to Minehead. Coaches depart London Paddington at approximately 1pm on Friday 13th March 2009. Coaches depart from Minehead starting at 10am on Monday 16th March, loading as you check out.
There is also a return coach ticket from Bristol Temple Meads to Minehead. Coaches depart Bristol Temple Meads at approximately 4pm on Friday 13th March 2009. Coaches depart from Minehead starting at 10am on Monday 16th March, loading as you check out.
