Accomadation class

Does anyone know how you can find out the accommodation class of the room you have booked?

I'm afraid it's not possible to find out in advance.
We allocate the bookings into apartments the week before the festival on a first-come, first-served basis - starting with Gold, working down to Standard.
The earlier you book, the more likely you will be in the better chalets nearer the middle. But we can't guarantee anything.
All of the apartments are of an excellent standard, especially compared to our previous venue. You have nothing to worry about!
