anyone know wen were suppoe to recieve all the mumbo jumbo of info. and how does it all work :/

I've just checked my email and it tells me we should get a letter 3-4 weeks before it telling us what to do....and if you've not had it by the 27th of Feb then you need to contact Bloc.

As for the actual process, I dunno mate sorry - someone else booked for us last year!
