Small time artist who struggles + pays to put out all his own stuf off his own back....normally to the point where its leaving us out of pocket........ what can we do about gettting completely ripped offf...

Might help it get taken down asap. I would offer the "official mp3s" and discuss payment with all of these sites!

The Flashbulb had a problem with this too. 1000's of tracks being sold on iTunes were going to some randomer claiming to be him. (http://torrentfreak.com/pirated-by-itun ... nt-080206/)

Problem is that most of these sites are Russian and there is a legal loophole that will probably stop anything happening from the letters. This is a bit about the site that started all of this bollox! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AllOfMP3)
