Heres the official word:
Faster Than Sound is a sound experiment that will take place in Bentwater's airbase on the 28th June 2008 part of the Aldeburgh Festival.

Faster Than Sound is a sound experiment joining the dots between musical genres and digital art forms. Following its launch in 2006, Faster Than Sound returns on Fri 27 and Sat 28 June with three events. Beginning with a late-night performance of Stockhausen's avantegarde classic Stimmung at Snape Maltings Concert Hall on 27 June, the action then moves to Aldeburgh Cinema on 28 June for an eclectic trip through films combining music and image (including Dr Seuss' only film), before moving to Bentwaters Airbase for the main event, an evening of sonic explorations inside the acoustically-sealed hangar Hush House, with performances by Plaid, Tim Exile, Mira Calix and more besides.

Faster Than Sound is part of the 61st Aldeburgh Festival of Music and the Arts which runs from 13-29 June.
