Rules about cameras and/or video cameras?

Is there an official policy regarding cameras and video cameras?
Professional photogrpahy/filming would require press accreditation (contact our Press Officer) and written permission from the artist.
But normal normal/amatuer digital camera's are fine... people have them on their phones anyway!
