The dome.
I think its at the Millennium Dome in docklands or the O2 arena if you like
its even got that failed club underneath it that fabric were running, matter i think it was called.

That my suggestion and everybody stays in hotels around the area, although that bit could be a bit far fetched / problematic

anyone fancy a wager?

If Bloc was held in Matter then I would be s**ting myself in excitment.

It may be a "failed" club, but for the time that it was running it was by far the best club in london, it just suffered from being in the wrong place! It did have some of the best sound systems I've heard!

However I think the chances of it being there are about as remote as the control which turns on my telly!

Can't imagine it to be in one of the parks.. I mean, they already host events in Hyde Park, Victoria Park, and wherever else..

Now I've figured it out all your clues are so obvious. It was fun having a little puzzle though.

Much like the olympics, is there the possibility that it won't actually be finished in time?!

I'm bored of waiting, like everyone else. I've lost all excitement as to the venue etc, I just want to know as it's getting quite tedious. From all the info it's in the Olympic development area but surely if it's all confirmed then you could just tell us.

Yeah, it's by the olympics. But the state of the development isn't at all clear, it looks like nothing has been done and yet it's meant to be ready for the Olympics.

I'm guessing they haven't had any guarantees yet that the site will actually be ready, and they don't want to make the announcement until they can actually start taking money off us and have the price etc sorted out, something that was obviously meant to happen months ago given when BLOC made the first announcement.

As I live in London I'm not exactly excited. Loved going away to Minehead for the weekend, going for some walks by the sea and getting some fresh non-London air. That area of Newham is a pain in the absolute backside to get to so if we're meant to be getting home each night at 4am then I'm not sure I can be bothered unless the line up is insane.

I always thought I'd be excited for BLOC every year. It's a key part of my relationship, we go to BLOC every year together. This would have been our first Married BLOC! Not sure it'll happen this year...

I know why some of these winges and whines exist but why don't you wait until more is announced before you make your mind up how good it will be. I think a change makes things fresh and exciting. I am reserving judgement at the moment but I am quietly hopeful that the Bloc lads can pull something magic out of a hat :D

I'm sure it'll be cool, I'm not saying it won't. I just liked getting out of London for a few days, it always cheered up March.

Well i'm sure it will be different and everything but like a lot of people I liked the holiday park factor and the fact it was out the way by the sea. Hopefully it will all be pretty "out there".

Everything is in place, confirmed and contracted - the venue, license and some of the headliners now as well...

The site has never been used for this purpose before and I would go as far as saying that there has been nothing like this in the UK for some time.

We are making an announcement and going on sale in January.

Thanks for your patience Bloc family and have a great Christmas.

PS if you want to come to our party with Laurent Garnier and Mount Kimbie on New Year's Eve at mate's rates, follow these instructions asap (tickets for this will sell out in advance).

Thanks for the update, it sounds like it's all tied up then :)

Sorry if I sound like a moany git, it's just Bloc is one of the entertainment highlights in the year so you can get a bit protective over it and any changes.
