:) Same here mate... we were amazed at the overwhelming good vibe that everyone exhibited. Our perspective on the world and life itself has been changed.

Here's to you, Bloc.

Not having been to Bloc before I've had quite a lot of fun telling my colleagues simply that I've "been at butlins" for the weekend! Their picture of what occurred is suitably different and incorrect according to mine.

I hope there are plans for Butlins to use photos from Bloc for marketing purposes - when was the last time they had such a consistently sound, happy group of people on site?

As above, brilliantly organised event, top choice of acts, excellent sound systems, decent venue.
Was nice to see acts I've wanted to see for years and never thought I would. Thanks to all the fellow punters for being so sound and to security for being a reasonable lot in my experience.
Thanks BLOC, cant wait for next year !

what an alternative reality......pure glee on all faces i seen, even the ones who were feeling the downer effects of the alcohol and what have ye still soldiered on, was on a permanent 2nd wind the whole weekend with minimal effort, the music was unreal, tbf almost too much to get my head around,i wanted to split myself into 6 people to sample the fun in all corners of the resort, but i had to make do with being in one spot at one time, i laughed, i danced, i fucken smiled all weekend, thank you very much team bloc...roll on 2010!!! :D :D :D :D

MORE BLOC STUFF IN FUTURE TIMES;

For everyone in the UK,

*** THE OFFICIAL BLOC AFTER PARTY ***

...will be on May 2nd in a secret East London warehouse location. We're so excited to be featuring a brand new MONOLAKE LIVE show in surround sound - with plenty more massive lineup announcements to come.

Check the BLOC group for updates, I'll make a brand new event with my fingertips just as soon as I'm able.

not only, but also...

BLOC has only just about come spinning back down to earth - to unwind this friday night we're all going down to Body Hammer for some jacking drinking action. It would be great to say hi to a few of you there!

It's on the top floor of a towerblock, and the music is ace

unending love;
