do we have to complete and return the thingy with peoples names and adresses on it that came with the pontins receipt and send it back to them? thanks

you need to fill out the 'registration' document that you recvd with your receipt.
And then about 10 - 17 days before BLOC you will be sent a letter called a 'centre admission detail'. You need to fill that out and bring it with you on the day.
Easy as pie. But don't forget to register, everyone...
