Last summer, Tribal Gathering and 10,500 dance fanatics bought acid house into the new millennium...

As we all know, in 1988 / 89, illegal parties were rumbling away in bunkers and warehouses all over the country, and dance music came into existence in a fantastic illicit world that was ultimately very short-lived. New laws were drafted that would see to it that these dance radicals would not be allowed to continue their hedonistic pilgrimage.

The Tribal Gathering Warehouse Party 2003 helped bring the Acid House spirit back and was regarded by the hordes of people and the all-star line-up that hosted it, as the rave of the decade. History was created within the walls of that dirty Manchester Warehouse - the magical rioting that took place over those 16 hours was as close as you could possibly get to that original Acid House feeling.

There now stands a foreman and his team, slowly taking apart that warehouse brick by brick. He hasn't even an inkling of what actually happened in there, but we know that the inside of that cavernous building was the stomping ground for the first acid house revellers of the new millennium. Now the beacons are lit once again.

A cry has gone out across the nation... the tribes are gathering again!

Now everyone can prepare for the next chapter of that same Tribal Gathering story. Now is the time for a new crusade that is bound to take some magical twists and turns as the tribalist's acid house mission takes them back in search of a secret venue. New armies from the UK's dancefloors shall rendez vous in the Northern stronghold of Manchester and embark on a most excellent urban adventure to find a secret portal where time stands still. Nobody, apart from the Tribal team knows precisely where it's going to be, but the party hordes are getting ready to march. Come May 1st, Tribal needs you! Come with us, on a very important mission. Together we will continue the Tribal Gathering legacy.

While the music will be the perfect hybrid of the old and the new, the spirit of this gathering is set 15 years in the past. As with the last warehouse party, this event is not a festival: While the line-up contains many of last years most celebrated points, a new battalion of turntable masters have been sourced to take the aural intensity to a staggering new height. Twenty of dance music's most unique names spread over three rooms, each playing a set that will take you on a twisted journey back in time to the smoke and laser filled thump of those original acid house times.

Operatives are already working all over the nation recruiting men and women to join us on this crucial quest. You might not have seen them yet, but they are there, quietly spreading the news amongst the clubbing hordes that the acid-house revolution is aligning itself for a great invasion. The time has come to stand up and be counted and we are ready for some serious action!

The stage is set, the word is spreading and the clock is ticking away... We are on a road to somewhere incredible... May The First Be With You!
