One question... our lot are getting t'Bloc on Friday morning and would like to clarify when check in openings. I have checked the FAQs but there seems to be a contradiction:
In the VENUE & ACCOMMODATION section...
What time can I check-in / check-out?
Thursday check-ins will begin at 4pm on Thursday 11th March and runs 24hrs a day from then
and in the CHECK IN / CHECK OUT section...

Thursday check-ins will begin at 4pm on Thursday 11th March. Friday check-ins will begin on 2pm on Friday 12th March.
Apologies, the first one is true - you can check in 24hrs a day from 4pm on Thursday. Guest Services (the main desk) closes around 10pm but you can check in at the main gate over night.
We'll get that updated on the FAQS Checkin/Checkout section.
But please note that you can only check in on Thursday if you have booked an apartment with living room and Kitchen and have requested Thursday Check-in. You can make this request by clicking on the link on your order confirmation email and logging into BLOC shop to view your order.
ok so this is a ridiculous question but not everyone in your chalet has to arrive on the Thursday do they? I'm almost embarrassed to ask Just that two of us will be arriving Thursday and the other two on Friday.....

Guest Services to open from 1600 to 2200
After this the Main Entrance will handle all arrivals
Friday 12th March
From 0900 to 1300 (approx) Check Ins to take place in Guest Services
From 1300 (approx) onwards Main Check In to open in new Check in area next to Guest Services until 2300
After hours arrivals to be handled by Main Entrance
Butlins offered to open up the resort on Thursday on a trial basis this year to make it easier for those travelling from abroad and to ease check in / wrist banding time on Friday by reducing numbers.
Unfortunately they were not able to get all of the resort ready for check in by Thursday, just some villages. So we chose the villages with self catering apartments.
If it goes well we/they could look at opening more of the resort for Thursday check-ins in 2011.
