who else didnt get self catering after booking it?

we didn't...

we drove over from brighton, did a huge shop in tesco and then got told we didn't have a self catering chalet after we had booked it. lot's of food went to waste

it says tho that u aren't guaranteed one if u book later. it's all first come first served....we booked early and were sweet. would hate not to have it tho
