I get bad tinnitus, so I tend to wear earplugs out. DONT use the ones staff wear - they just turn everything into a muffled "WHOOMF" sound, you lose all top and bottom into a sludge as they're just made of foam. Get her some of these quicksmart for under a tenner http://www.er20.co.uk/ - ...

not for me (I'm no jessy) but the missus gets some grief from her ears sometimes and uses ear plugs in clubs. normally there are spare pairs floating around for the staff that I can grab for her, will this be the case do you think?
