The folder of butlins itself said that channels 2 and 13 were programmed for venue stuff. Channel 2 was indeed one bloc channel, but 13 was just a lot of noise and soccer.

Most recent televisions have video and audio RCA input, next to scart or svideo. So with a 3.5 mm to stereo RCA chances are you can do it. Sound quality will be pretty horrible though, I guess
